Understanding Your Challenges

At Hands That Touch Home, we recognize the fears, frustrations, and challenges you might be experiencing. The feeling of being overwhelmed, the worry about providing the right care, and the financial pressures associated with ongoing medical needs are concerns we understand deeply. We are here to provide not just technical and medical support, but also a comforting presence to help alleviate these burdens.

With expert advice on navigating insurance and medical billing, knowing what to say and the right questions to ask your doctors for the best care of yourself or your loved one.

Our Story: A Heart for Helping

Our journey began with a shared vision among three dedicated RNs who saw a gap in the quality of home healthcare. Witnessing firsthand the challenges families faced, we knew there was a need for compassionate, skilled, and consistent in-home care. Our founders’ personal experiences, including caring for a child with a chronic condition, have shaped our empathetic approach and understanding of our clients’ needs.

We’ve seen first hand some of the challenges that families dealing with medical crises have had to face, such as language barriers, a lack of understanding about medical decisions that are being made, not having appropriate support, or not being heard to name a few.

We are not only here to help our clients with their medical needs, but also to navigate their journey, get answers, and have the emotional support they need.  That’s why we have clients that stay with us year after year and keep in touch beyond their care needs.
